How long will my order take to ship?

Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & International orders may experience longer transit times). All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following 1-3 business days despite the shipping method. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. 

What’s your return policy?

We hope you love your Effi Beauty products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from within 30 days purchase. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on are final sale.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.

Do I need a return slip?

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply contact us and our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you place your return. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
